At SanMar, he supervised more than 95 employees and helped coordinate a warehouse transition from approximately 400,000 to 1 million square feet. The transition involved more than 780 trailers and coordination across a workforce of more than 150 employees. At CEVA Logistics, he helped launch a new Barnes & Noble distribution center, contributed to picking-flow design using lean principles, supported SOP development, and designed and allocated more than 16,000 location labels for the Red Prairie WMS system.
This experience supports practical consulting in receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, shipping, workflow organization, and operating procedures.

His experience includes reviewing sanitation, pest control, storage and material-handling practices; evaluating food hazards and allergen risks; developing preventive control procedures; and preparing recall plans, mock recalls, and traceability exercises.
